RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you have purchased directly through this website, we provide a refund on new and unused items that are returned within 14 days of receipt by you. Merchandise to be returned to Lounge Wagon for credit or exchange must be in "brand new" resalable condition. Items must include all tags and should be returned in original packaging or equivalent. Returns are not allowed on International orders.
If you want to return the Lounge Wagon, please do not return if it has been used, as it will not be accepted. If the wagon has been assembled and unassembled, but never used, it will incur a restocking charge in order to replace the hardware. Wagons not properly packed, where damage occurs, will also incur a restocking charge. Additionally shipping insurance and shipping to you are not refunded as they have been paid to the providers. Please see packing note below.
Buyer's are responsible for the return and original shipping costs. Do not ship items sold by any third party to us as the third party Re-Seller is responsible for their returns, warranties and refunds to their clients.
To return or exchange an item:
1. Request a Return/Exchange Authorization Here
2. Mail the item to Malo'o Lounge Wagon: 2091 Las Palmas dr, Suite d, Carlsbad, Ca 92011
3. Alternatively, email your original order details to us at leilani@gomaloo.com. We will then send you a return label which will be deducted from your refund or you can select the Customer Paid Shipping Label Option in the Return Center. Additionally, you can make an appointment to return it in person at our Vista, CA location.
4. Attach the return label to your original Malo'o packaging and drop it off at a FedEx, UPS or USPS store. Once received and checked you will receive a direct refund less the original shipping costs and any return label costs.
HOLIDAY RETURNS
The normal 14 days return period is extended until January 8, 2024 for items purchased between November 15th and December 24th, 2023.
SALE ITEMS
All sale and Outlet items are final sales and not eligible for return or exchange.
RETURN PROCESSING
Returns are processed with 10 days of being received with most being processed sooner. Once processed you will be notified of the outcome via email.
REFUNDS
Once returns are received and inspected you will receive a refund notice, or notice of non-compliance. Any refunds are automatically and immediately deducted from our banking system, the time it takes for the refund to appear on your card or account depends upon your provider, this can take up to 2 weeks. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at leilani@gomaloo.com.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS
1- When returning the Lounge Wagon, it must be in new and unused condition. In the bottom of the box should be the handle and the axels and hardware in their box. Also, the canopy or 6' umbrella can be placed on the bottom. The wagon chassis should be placed back in it plastic cover and placed in the box over the previous items, bottom facing up. On the chassis, should be the wheels and any accessories. Then place the box top and tape to secure.
2- If you have a question on whether your Lounge Wagon condition will be accepted for returns , please email us at leilani@loungewagon.com with pictures of the condition.
3- All non-Lounge Wagon items should be return in new and unused condition, with original tags and in original or similar packaging. Please inspect the items before returning. Any dirty, worn, used items will not be accepted.
