SHIPPING INFORMATION

For most of North America we ship from Vista, CA. Standard free shipping provides for items to be shipped within 1-2 business days from order with delivery 2-9 business days later and applies only to Contiguous States. For Hi and Alaska shipping cost is calculated during checkout.

Seasonally, we ship the Lounge Wagon to HI residents from our Honolulu, HI warehouse and to European residents from our warehouse in Dublin, Ireland. Many of our products are available throughout the World through UPS Worldwide or DHL Express. Shipping, Duties and Taxes are calculated at checkout and delivery is usually 7-10 business days depending upon the destination country.

We offer expedited shipping which may be selected during checkout.  Orders for in-stock items usually ship the next business day. Expedited services from UPS and Fedex for 2-day service and 3-day service are expedited services but are not guaranteed to be delivered on those days as they do experience delays. Items may be shipped direct from overseas warehouses, for items on backorder we specify the expected ship date which is shown in the product title.

Please note; requests to change shipping address or returns due to a wrong or incomplete address incur an extra fee to cover the cost of shipping the returned item and/or reshipping to the alternate address. Once shipped it is difficult to change the address and the method cannot be changed. In most cases by providing your cell phone and email our courier will pre-warn you of your delivery. All ship times are calculated in business days, exclude weekends and public holidays. Ship times are calculated as "days in transit" which start the day after the order is collected by the courier. Once collected by the courier our obligations are met and subsequent delays caused by the courier, whether or Covid19 are out of our control and responsibility.

With every order you will be issued your own unique Lounge Wagon order number, tracking details will be provided at time of shipping so you can track delivery.

CHANGES TO DELIVERY & RETURNS

Once orders ship you will receive a tracking number and shipping notice. In most cases we ship with FedEx or USPS, once shipped the shipping method cannot be changed. UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURN TO SENDER

If an order was returned to us and it was sent to the address entered on the order we will make one more attempt to send it to you. Postage on sending it a third time will be the customers responsibility. Any orders that are cancelled or exchanged after being "undeliverable" will have the original postage costs deducted from any refund.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPPING

When do you ship orders?

We ship Monday thru Friday, except National Holidays. Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days from the order date.

Where do you ship your products from?

We ship products from our 2 warehouses in Vista, California.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping varies for the product you are ordering. Any fee is shown in the cart before placing an order.  For others, we have negotiated shipping rates with UPS, FedEx and USPS. All prices quoted on our website site for shipping are direct pass-through rates from the carriers and are not marked up.  

Do International orders include duties and VAT?

International Orders are shipped DDP (Delivery and Duties Paid) via UPS or Fedex to Canada. Other international locations are shipped via DHL and at checkout, you will see the delivery and duties and taxes are included.

What are my shipping options?

The most common and cost-effective shipping option is Standard Economy Shipping. When you choose Standard Economy Shipping, your order will be shipped with FedEx, UPS, or USPS ground. You also have options at checkout for expedited shipping.

How long does it take for my order to get to the East Coast?

Shipping via USPS, UPS or FedEx ground usually takes 4-7 days to go Coast-to-Coast. delivery to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Alaska may take an extra few days.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your item/s arrives in damaged condition, and you purchased the Route Shipping Insurance, please send us a picture and notice of the damage to info@malooracks.com. In the event you did not purchase Shipping Insurance, please send us pictures of the damage to us at info@gomaloo.com so we file a claim with UPS, USPS or FedEx.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We do not ship to Post Office Boxes as many of our items are too large for handling. A physical address must be provided for shipping.

How can I return or exchange an item?

You can request a return or exchange authorization within 14 days of receiving your order. Please see the return article. 

Please remember returns need to be in new and unused condition and include all tags.

How can I track my order?

Once an order has been shipped an email with the tracking number will be sent to you. If you do not see it
