Malo'o Car Seat Cover Towel :
- Wash in warm or hot water with mild detergent
- No fabric softeners – they clog the open spaces in the microfiber, making the fabric useless
- Be careful what you wash with your microfiber. Avoid anything made with cotton because the microfiber will grab on to the lint
Ideally wash microfiber with only microfiber but if you must mix loads, wash with other non-linting synthetics. Like anything you wash, be sure to separate your white or light colored microfiber from your dark colored microfiber.
- If you hand wash, wash in hot water with mild detergent and use a soft bristled brush if necessary – rinse thoroughly
- To ensure the longest lasting microfiber, air dry is best
- Microfiber dries relatively quickly
- If you use a dryer, set it on low heat or no heat
Malo'o SeatGuard Terry Cloth Car Seat Cover:
- The Terry Cloth Car Seat Cover is dual-layered with a cotton terry cloth front and nylon back.
- It is preferred that the seat cover be spot cleaned and air dry
- If washing is necessary, wash in cold water with mild detergent.
- Repeated washing will cause the cover to break down and it is not recommended.
- No fabric softeners
- Hang to air dry
Malo'o SeatGuard Waterproof Car Seat Cover:
- The Neoprene wetsuit-like is treated to resist UV-damage, mildew and spills and is essentially waterproof.
- Lay the covers on a flat outdoor surface and spray any material off with fresh water.
- Use a lint-free cloth if scrubbing is required.
- If required you can use a wetsuit shampoo to further clean.
- Rinse in freshwater and hang to air-dry.
New Seat Cover Smell:
- You may notice a smell when you first open the Neoprene Waterproof Seat Cover. This smell is from the glue that binds the layers of neoprene together in the making of the seat cover. The smell does go away and you can accelerate this by hanging the seat cover in an outdoor space for to air out.
