If you have purchased directly through this website, we provide a refund on new and unused items that are returned within 15 days of receipt by you. Merchandise to be returned to Malo'o for credit or exchange must be in "brand new" resalable condition. Items must include all tags and should be returned in original packaging or equivalent. Returns are not allowed on International orders.

Buyer's are responsible for the return and original shipping costs. Do not ship items sold by any third party to us as the third party Re-Seller is responsible for their returns, warranties and refunds to their clients.
To return or exchange an item:
1. Request a Return/Exchange Authorization Here
2. Once you have received the authorization, please send the item to Malo'o, 2091 Las Palmas dr, Suite d, Carlsbad, Ca 92011
3. If you require a return label, please email leilani@gomaloo.com. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund or you can select the Customer Paid Shipping Label Option in the Return Center.
4. Attach the return label to your original Malo'o packaging and drop it off at a FedEx, UPS or USPS store. Once received and checked you will receive a direct refund less the original shipping costs and any return label costs.
HOLIDAY RETURNS
The normal 14 days return period is extended until January 8, 2024 for items purchased between November 15th and December 24th, 2022.
SALE ITEMS
All sale and Outlet items are final sales and not eligible for return or exchange.
REFUNDS
Once returns are received and inspected you will receive a refund notice, or notice of non-compliance. Any refunds are automatically and immediately deducted from our banking system, the time it takes for the refund to appear on your card or account depends upon your provider, this can take up to 2 weeks or more. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at leilani@gomaloo.com.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPPING
1. When does my order ship? Orders are shipped as soon as possible , Monday - Friday , and usually within 48 hours.
2. When will my order arrive? We ship via Fedex Ground, UPS Ground and USPS for the USA. Most items will arrive in 3-7 business days. International orders are shipped via DHL and will arrive in 7-10 days. You will receive an email notification when the order is shipped and then you can track it on the shipping service website.
3. What are my shipping options? Free economy shipping is via USPS ground or FedEx Ground. depending upon your location you may have express options that you can select at checkout.
4. Do we ship Internationally? Most item are available for International Shipment from the USA via DHL and any duties and taxes will be calculated in checkout. We stock some models on the Lounge Wagon in Europe for UK & EU local delivery.
5. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes - We can ship USPS to P.O. Box but the packages need to be small i size. The Lounge Wagon cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
