What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your item/s arrives in damaged condition, and you purchased the Navidium Shipping Insurance, please send us a picture and notice of the damage to info@malooracks.com. In the event you did not purchase Shipping Insurance, please send us pictures of the damage to us at info@gomaloo.com so we file a claim with UPS, USPS or FedEx.
